  • Availability & Preferences: Your selected roles, specialization, and shift availability.

We use the collected information strictly for business and operational purposes, including:

  • Verifying your identity, medical qualifications, and legal right to practice.
  • Matching you with appropriate staffing opportunities at live events, film productions, sporting fixtures, and industrial sites.
  • Communicating with you regarding application status, shift assignments, and portal updates.
  • Maintaining internal records for compliance and legal obligations.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

ProDocs Healthcare does not sell your personal data. We only share your information under the following circumstances:

  • With Event Organizers & Clients: We may share relevant professional credentials, licenses, and background information with our end-clients (e.g., event organizers, film producers) to secure your clearance and placement on their premises.
  • Legal & Compliance: We may disclose your information to legal authorities or regulatory bodies if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the safety and rights of ProDocs Healthcare, our clients, or the public.
